Is cycling in Amsterdam safe for corporate groups?
Amsterdam is designed around cyclists and has an extensive network of bike lanes and traffic rules that prioritise bikes. Our guides start every tour with a clear safety briefing and explain how cycling works in the city. During the ride, they manage the pace, keep the group together, and choose routes that are suitable for groups, avoiding unnecessary pressure or busy junctions where possible.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We work with small teams as well as large corporate and MICE groups. For bigger groups, we use multiple guides and split the group when needed to ensure safety and a smooth experience. This allows us to scale up from 10 to 500 guests without losing the personal and relaxed feel of the tour.
What if some participants have not cycled for a long time?
That is very common and not a problem at all. Our tours are relaxed and not focused on speed or fitness. Guides quickly assess the group and adapt the pace and route accordingly. Most participants feel comfortable within the first few minutes of cycling.
The alternative is to organise another activity for the non-cyclists (for example a walking tour).
Are the corporate bike tours private?
All company and MICE bike tours are fully private. This means the route, pace, timing, and stops are designed specifically for your group. You will not be mixed with other guests, and the guide focuses entirely on your team and objectives.
What happens if it rains?
Tours go ahead in light rain, which is very normal in the Netherlands. Rainjackets are available, and guides adjust the route or stops if needed. In cases of extreme weather, we discuss alternatives or adjustments in advance to ensure a good experience for the group.
Can we customise the route or add stops?
Routes can be adapted to match your interests, timing, and programme. This can include photo stops, coffee breaks, lunch locations, canal cruise connections, museum tours or ending the tour at a restaurant, hotel, or event venue.

Are helmets provided?
Helmets are not mandatory in the Netherlands but can be provided on request. If your company prefers helmets for all participants, we are happy to arrange this in advance.

How far in advance should we book?
