Inside the Anne Frank House in Virtual Reality

The tour ends in a cafe where you will have a drink & enter the Secret Annex via the magic of a virtual reality recreation (made by the Anne Frank Foundation). Entering through the bookcase into the hiding place you will see that, unlike the actual house, the VR house has the furniture in place, giving a feel of how it was to live there in 1942-44. There’s no crowds, you have the virtual house to yourself to explore at your own pace. We believe this is as close to the real thing as you can get, without stepping foot in the house. Ideal for people with mobility issues, or those who can’t get tickets.

What our guests have said about Anne Frank’s Last Walk

Loved this tour!

Tickets to Anne Frank house sold out? No problem. We loved our experience with Vince. Very multi-dimensional and informative.

We were unable to get tickets for the Anne Frank museum. Instead we enjoyed spending time in a cafe near her actual home. Very interesting experience. Happy to have had it away from the crowds with a very knowledgeable host. Perfect for us.

Anne Frank House — Perfect alternative to crowds

Such a good experience! The VR was amazing and I loved seeing where Anne Frank grew up.

Lloyd was so lovely and told us very interesting stories of the history. I would 100% recommend, we managed to get tickets to the Anne Frank house a few days later too. Even with tickets to the Anne Frank house you need to do this!

Fantastic Experience

An excellent tour which was incredibly interesting. Vince was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our kids (10 and 16) also enjoyed it and rated it as one of the best things we did during our weekend in Amsterdam!!

We wanted to learn more about the Frank family’s experience and found Vince’s tour. It was so, so good!

It was meaningful and important to walk in the footsteps of the Frank family in the neighbourhood they lived in before they went into hiding.

Highly recommended.
